For a few weeks, I was constantly in fight and flight mode. The Mercury retrograde coupled with eclipse season and the Scorpio full moon blew past triggers in my face that I needed to heal. It was a constant, gripping, soul-wrenching experience. Everyone close to me also had their past unhealed triggers smack them in the face. I journalled. I cried. Had my spiritual therapist tell me what chakras were blocked. Sought crystal healing. Meditated. Then the switch flipped and pretty much healed my past. As if I was going to let my past hinder my present and future. Love wins over fear. So I started to become fearless and really dig deep to find the woman I want to become. I call this phase two. The past few years of healing and making moves this year makes me excited. But life isn’t always going to be an uphill heaven. It can be tough and overwhelming – especially as an Air sign (Aquarius). I’ve been so in my head that my heart chakra got blocked unintentionally as a form of protection. So I did what I knew best and sought after grounding. So I thought I’d compile a guide to if you’re also feeling fighty and flighty.
I hope this somewhat helps. It’s a new month and I feel energised. More growth needs to be done. More moves need to be made. Time to slay May! I hope you do too. 🫶🏽
